NEW ADMINISTRATOR JOINS WILMINGTON PATHOLOGY ASSOCIATES, P.A.

Wilmington, North Carolina:  April, 3 2006– Joseph J. Sholy has recently joined Wilmington Pathology Associates, P.A. as its Chief Operations Officer.  Mr. Sholy brings with him twenty-four years of management experience in administration and operations at Laboratory Corporation of America holdings where he was a recipient of the President’s Achievement Award for Outstanding Achievement in the field of Health Services on multiple occasions. Mr. Sholy will be instrumental in leading the growth effort with marketing and sales strategies for Wilmington Pathology Associates; negotiating contracts with clients and Managed Care providers; and will coordinate the efforts of laboratory operations, courier services, customer service and human resources to provide a seamless operation. Mr. Sholy holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Masters of Science Degree in Analytical Chemistry.
